Health First’s Corporate Health Program aims to prevent occurrences of pain and injury in the workplace whilst also being rehabilitative for currently injured employees. The results speak for themselves with studies showing a more than 50% decrease in absenteeism for low back pain related concerns, for employees who began performing a weekly exercise program. This reduction in sick leave occurred in under 50 days. For employees who didn’t participate in the exercise program, their time spent absent from work increased.
