We offer intimate class sizes so that you can get the attention you need whilst benefiting from the motivation that comes from training in a group.
Our sessions are a mixture of High Intensity Interval Training and Strength and Cardio based workouts that cater to all ages and fitness levels.
Sessions are designed by Accredited Exercise Physiologists and can be altered to suit your needs. Do you have any injuries? Just let us know and our coaches will provide some alternative options for you!
