At Health First NQ we are privileged to offer the capacity to constantly take on new referrals. We accept referrals for Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), WorkCover QLD, Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans and Private Health referrals.

To get a referral you can talk to your General Practitioner (GP), Specialist, Practice Nurse, Case Manager and Allied Health Professional. We are committed to providing the very best care to every single one of our clients and new referrals.

We will contact you no later than 24 hours after receiving your referral.
