We provide Allied Health and Personal Training services to help clients achieve their goals and live the life they want. Our highly qualified practitioners design plans specific to your conditions, to help you to get stronger, improve functionality and get more out of life. Our services include:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Exercise Physiology
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Strength Training
  • Clinical Pilates

Our services are available for self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants. Our Exercise Physiology sessions include a mix of resistance training and cardiovascular exercises to increase functional capacity and help improve quality of life. 

Conditions we work with include, but are not limited to:

  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
  • Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI)
  • Spinal Injuries
  • Autism
  • Intelectual Impairment
  • Cerebral Palsy

NDIS Certified

Plan managed, self-managed and agency managed clients welcome. We provide services to all NDIS participants no matter their situation.

24/7 Gym Membership

Client’s receive 24/7 access to the facility to allow for independent training at their convenience.

We offer flexible appointment times out of three locations, all with premium equipment and facilities.
